Cleaners
Cleanliness of parts improve their corrosion protection as well as performance during use. Automotive and Aerospace companies follow Millipore testing to establish dirt content on the parts.
RUST-X produces two kinds of cleaning agents :

- Solvent Based – CL Series ideally recommended for parts that have to be stored for long periods or exported.
- Water Based –
- Aquaflush washing agents recommended before assembly
- Vibrox Cleaning Agents for Vibro finishing process
Caution: Drying of components when using Aquaflush or Vibrox is very important to avoid contamination of Rust Preventive Oils and carry over of water with the part in the packaging which may lead to corrosion issues. Solvent based agents are highly recommended for long term storage or exports.
